Payload Adapter

The payload adapter is the structural member that the payload sits on. It connects the 
payload to the vehicle. The length of the adapter usually stays the same, but the diameter 
varies with payload size. The payload adapter gives easy access to the payload. It also has 
a release mechanism to release the payload.
