Goes Safe as Malfunction Indicator



The green safe light indicates that a transport is operating properly

mechanically. This is an indication of the 60hz fail-safe signal being

picked off the incoming 115 VAC. Then the signal is recorded on the

tape, reproduced, amplified and rectified by the fail-safe circuit

card. From there it is sent to RY11 which causes the safe light to

illuminate.
